Introduction

H₂O Chemicals have a wide range of dosage and control equipment available from a range of specialist suppliers. This ensures the best possible product for every application. We provide both off the shelf units as well as panel mounted bespoke designs.

Reasons

Chemical products can only be effective if they are applied correctly and at the correct concentration. The use of reliable dosing pumps is thus critical to the performance of any treatment programme relying on regular addition of chemicals. Control of the pumps is equally important whether this is via timers, water meter, redox or pH probes. It is also critical from a system management viewpoint that dosing pumps and their control is interfaced with other aspects of the treatment programme. Blowdown or bleed is vital to maintain correct concentration factors and hence optimise water and fuel usage. When dosage and control is approached in a systematic fashion dramatic improvements in cost and control can ensue.
