Introduction
Training is of the utmost importance in ensuring that targeted results are delivered consistently. In the field of water treatment and water hygiene untrained operatives can cause expensive problems and may leave the facility at risk through not understanding the requirements of current guidance and regulation.
Reasons
It is well known that training, when correctly delivered, can motivate staff as well as ensuring that tasks are completed competently and safely. The Approved Code of Practice L8 (ACoP), as well as the consultative document, require both initial and refresher training to be undertaken on a regular basis.
Our Service
Experienced and professional trainers will visit your premises and agree with you the most appropriate content, method of delivery and required handouts. The courses can be classroom based or plant based or a combination of both. Questionnaires, exercises and practicals can be incorporated to vary the delivery and emphasise key points. Our modules are flexible and can be combined in a variety of ways covering topics from Chemistry to Health and Safety.
