York Race Committee
York Race Course is one of the premier racetracks in Europe and was recently awarded ‘Flat Racecourse of the Year’. Additionally it has also come top in The Times Newspaper survey of all Britain's racecourses.
As part of the best practice in preparing the site for the for the half a million race goers and hundreds of banquets and conferences, H2O Chemicals carried out clean and chlorination works to the site water services supplying the new Ebor stand.
H2O Chemicals conducted the following services:
- Legionella risk assessment
- Clean and chlorination of cold water storage tanks
- Sampling and testing of drinking water
- Assisted the site with compliance to the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8
