Stayclean - Coil Treatment
INTRODUCTION
Air conditioning and refrigeration systems by design move large quantities of air from which heat and humidity are removed and condensation created. Bacteria and fungal spores are naturally present in the air and, when circulated many times, can become concentrated.
REASONS
The condensate tray provides a perfect environment for microbiological growth due to condensation from the cooling coil. If left unchecked this growth can increase to such an extent that the coil itself can become blocked. This results in reduced air volume, reduced cooling effect and increased power consumption. It may also be the source of objectionable smells.
OUR SERVICE
STAYCLEAN has been developed to overcome all of these problems and yet be safe and easy to apply and available in a non-hazardous water based format.
When correctly applied STAYCLEAN will remain active on the cooling coil and condensate tray regardless of the amount of condensate present and will provide ongoing protection.
STAYCLEAN contains a UV additive so that coverage can be checked as well as ensuring that long lasting protection is obtained by regular checks.
