Sales

Our Sales team work hard to identify prospects and increase our customer base. The Team reports to their Regional Managers and in turn the Sales Director, Dave Sykes. The Sales team must work to individual and regional targets.

However, whilst our sales team are obviously tasked with increasing sales, as a company we do not promote the hard sell. We are a customer focused company that works to identify cost saving measures for our clients and pass on cost savings where possible. Our Sales team must therefore remain customer focused at all times and continue to provide a high quality service.

Time is split between office or home based work and travelling around the region to visit customers and identify potential clients.

Technical Sales Engineer

Our Technical Sales Engineers have a dual function – firstly as a member of the sales force and secondly as Account Managers to existing clients.

As Technical Sales Engineers our staff must be on hand to answer client queries, respond to any problems onsite, attend review meetings, and monitor the ongoing progress for the water hygiene programme. Sales through customer service is integral to this role, with our staff identifying improvements to the clients system that can be made and informing the client how our products can help them further.

Requirements: 5 GCSEs as a minimum, plus a chemical / science based degree
