Management

Our management team are integral to ensuring our company continues to flourish, setting targets and objectives for the future and ensuring we have the resources to meet these targets.

Many members of our management team began their careers at H2O Chemicals in service or sales roles, working their way up the career ladder to management status.

The management team are structured by region, taking responsibility for all staff and customer sites within that regional division. Managers must work with their staff to identify training requirements, areas for improvement, and to establish personal and regional goals for the future.

The Management team must work alongside the corporate services group, for example to set budgets with finance and plan schedules with the Coordinators. This role is therefore multi-faceted and requires talented and versatile individuals.

If you answer ‘yes’ to these questions then perhaps a career within our management team is for you:

Are you an experienced and successful manager?

Can you coordinate a large group towards shared goals?

Would you enjoy a mixture of office based and travel orientated work?

Regional Manager

Regional Managers look after a set region of the company on a daily basis. Regional Managers are responsible for increasing sales and developing the business in their region in line with set targets, managing large client accounts, strategic business management of the region to ensure business growth, and the recruitment, development, and management of a team of sales and technical staff.

Requirements: 5 GCSEs as a minimum plus chemical / science based degree where applicable

Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager is a relatively new role within H2O Chemicals. As our regions have grown, both in terms of customers and staff, we acknowledged a need for additional managerial support. Each region therefore now has a Area Sales Manager to further ensure the smooth operation of the business in their area.

Area Sales Managers therefore look after a small number of staff, working to promote health and safety, manage major accounts, develop colleagues’ skills and capabilities, and set individual targets.

Requirements: 5 GCSEs as a minimum plus chemical / science based degree where applicable

Service Manager

In the same way that Area Sales Managers look after small teams of Sales people, Service Managers are tasked with daily management and proactive support of the Service teams in each region. In addition to looking after their own customer accounts, Service Managers work with the Regional Coordinators and the Service team to ensure proactive account management and to maintain customer satisfaction. This role is also heavily focused on health and safety standards, particularly ensuring that each staff member is technically equipped to conduct their job safely. Service Managers must also audit the completion of paperwork, conduct health and safety audits, and manage the personal development of their staff.

Requirements: 5 GCSEs as a minimum plus chemical / science based degree where applicable
