Admin and Corporate Services

The majority of our admin and corporate services team are based at our Head Office in Leeds, although we are hoping to increase staff members in our London and Glasgow offices in the near future.

There are many roles available and we are always looking to expand our team and benefit from new talent. The admin and corporate services team are vital to ensure the daily running of the business and ensure that contracts are managed proactively.

Regional Coordinator

The Regional Coordinators are responsible for scheduling works and organising the team to ensure they are aware of their schedules and what work they are conducting on a daily basis. They are also responsible for producing documents such as Risk Assessments, Quotes, Certificates, and other correspondence as necessary.

The Regional Coordinators have a challenging role requiring them to liaise with a number of different people to successfully ensure that all contracts are running as planned. Individuals must therefore be organised, be able to work under pressure, have an eye for detail, and maintain a high level of customer service.

In many ways this role goes above and beyond a basic admin role. Our team are expected to think on their feet and overcome difficulties to ensure our customers are happy and that our team are utilised in the most effective manner.

Requirements: 5 GCSEs as a minimum

Finance

Finance roles at H2O Chemicals are varied. Each region has its own accountant who is responsible for invoicing, liaising with customers regarding payment queries, and creating financial reports. We also have Credit Controllers who are responsible for ensuring payment is received for goods and chasing payment if required.

Many of our accounts team are receiving company funding and support to assist them obtain additional qualifications.

Requirements: 5 GCSEs as a minimum and working towards or holding accounting qualifications
