Our Relationship
Our Nottingham Account Manager first made contact with the Hotel Manager in 2004, offering to provide a legionella Risk Assessment and monitoring programme. The Hotel Manager had spoken to five different service providers, but was impressed with the “honest approach” adopted by H2O Chemicals. 23 years in the hotel industry meant our contact was aware that cost was not always the first priority, with the quote given reflecting good quality.
What we did
After starting the control programme in Nottingham and proving that our service lived up to the hotel’s expectations, we were then awarded the order for monitoring at the Glasgow and Edinburgh hotels. A mutually beneficial relationship and working partnership means our client trusts the Account Manager “not to over-sell and to only recommend necessary work.”
